Hello and welcome to my counselling and psychotherapy practice based in the City of London and Southend-on-Sea.
There are many different reasons why you or someone you know may be considering counselling. It could be you’ve been thinking about starting therapy or counselling for some time and now find yourself browsing through some of the websites of the many providers of counselling and psychotherapy that are available to choose from. Or, you may find yourself seeking support now for you or someone close to you because of a particular event or series of events that have led to a change in your circumstances, or a change in the way you feel about things. The reasons why we approach a Counsellor or Psychotherapist are unique and personal to us. Some of the more common reasons may include;
